Dinner

Pork tenderloin is my favorite meat.


(Add greens, grilled apples and bread. Frozen dough works well as a dinner roll.)

Have you ever made Marcella Hazen's pork loin (or tenderloin, if you insist) in blue cheese sauce? Yum! We eat it about every three weeks but the boys would like to have it every day.

i'm actually cooking pork loin for dinner tonight! i'm slicing it up and cooking/serving it with a sauce feat. mango chutney, jalapeno and red bell pepper. caribbean pork tenderloin!
